  • Terms 
    Endorian Guitarworks LLC may be referred to throughout this site and/or orders and purchase agreements as: Endorian Guitarworks LLC, EGW, EGW Guitars, EGW Guitars & Effects, Tortuga Effects, Tortuga EFX, Tortuga, Seller, we, and I.​

  • Refund/cancellation policy - Endorian Guitarworks LLC wants you to be happy with your service, repair, and custom guitar. For this reason, services are guaranteed (with the exception of abuse outside of standard wear and tear) to the original purchaser. There are no returns or refunds on service labor or parts.

    New guitar returns are at the discretion of EGW, and are subject to inspection of the item.

    Appointment deposits: Deposits are either applied to your service, or forfeit if your appointment is not cancelled before 48 hours prior to your appointment.

    Digital products: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
     

  • Fulfillment/shipping policy - Orders will be shipped upon clearing of payment. You also have the option of picking up guitar purchases in person by appointment. 
     

  • Privacy policy - Endorian Guitarworks LLC does not sell your info. We may occasionally contact you with marketing material, or to just reach out and see if you have any guitar needs.
