Cancellation Policy

Guitar Maintenance Workshop Policy By registering for and attending the Guitar Maintenance Workshop hosted by EGW, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Liability Disclaimer Neither EGW, its staff, affiliates, nor the workshop venue shall be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur before, during, or after the workshop. Participants attend and participate in the workshop at their own risk and are encouraged to exercise caution when handling tools and instruments. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event date to qualify for a refund or rescheduling (if applicable). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the discretion of EGW. By proceeding with registration, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
