New Apparel Manufacturer for EGW

EGW is a guitar company – not a manufacturer of apparel. However, apparel is a necessary component – and I consider it a blessing that so many of you want to rep the brand!

That said, there are certain learning curves along the way for a company that doesn’t eat, sleep, and breathe apparel distribution.

Long story short: EGW saw immediate success with SpringTee, and for that reason partnered with them as long as it worked. About a year ago there were signs of trouble, followed by signs of resolution. Unfortunately that all fell apart this year, and for that reason EGW has stopped sourcing and mailing merch through them. Inconsistent and sometimes bad quality… all the way to unfulfilled orders.

I have compensated those affected and appreciate their loyalty as we worked through this together.

Going forward, EGW has setup a full integration with long-established on-demand-print distributor Printful. I expect things will be much more reliable.
